Thirty games this weekend as our teams competed in both league and tournament play. The organization was 17-13 for the weekend and featured several highlights. In tournament play, the 14u Cavallo Seminoles reached the semi finals at the Bat for a Cure Tournament at Baseball Heaven before falling to the Venom Baseball Club. The Higgins 18u team took two of three games in their tourney bracket.

In league play, the 16u Steinberger team swept their weekend doubleheaders, going 4-0 with wins over SS Elite and the NY Nationals. The Noles used some outstanding pitching performances, some timely hitting and great defensive play as they head into next weekends Father’s Day Tournament

The 15u Aronowitz team remained undefeated at 7-0 with a sweep over the Massapequa Cyclones. Nick Vicino, Alex Ludwig and Dom Demasi were the hitting stars combining for 6 doubles with Demasi driving in five.

The Ross 13u Seminoles are now 5-0 and in 1st place in the Nassau County 13B division as they took two games from the LI Knights on Sunday. The Celeiro 11u Seminoles won their doubleheader as they moved to 2-1 in the 11A Division.

Both older teams, our 17u Smith and Rinaldi clubs split a pair of games this weekend. Joe Zawol continued his torrid hitting streak with 4 more hits and 3 runs scored . TJ Rullo pitched his third complete game in his first four starts as the Noles were 8-1 winners over the LI Force.
