Hope all of our Dads had a Happy Fathers Day. We know some of you were busy at the fields rooting on your Seminoles teams. B1 was 13-9-1 over the Father’s Day weekend. The Aronowitz 15u Seminoles were a win short of claiming the Boys of Summer Father’s Day Tournament. losing in the finals to Brentwood 6-2. Both 13u Okon and 16u Steinberger went 2-1 in their tournament pool play brackets but would not qualify for the playoffs . The 17u Rinaldi won 1-0 on a walk off single in the bottom of the 7th inning by Brian Murphy giving Nick Taratko the win in a complete game shutout. Valerio 11u took both games in the Nassau County league as they improved their record to 3-0.
Summer league play continues this week leading up the the 4th of July tourneys . Schedules out shortly.
